Guidelines for Invited Speakers

1. On-Site Presentation

1) Official Language: English

2) Presentation time: 20 min (including discussion)
(for Symposium, Joint Symposium, Education Session, and Nurse Session)
30 min (including discussion)
(for Plenary Lecture, Named Lecture, and Presidential Lecture)

Guidelines for Free Paper

1. Oral Presentation

1) Official Language: English

2) Presentation time: - Plenary Oral Presentation: 10 min (7 min Presentation + 3 min Discussion)
- Oral Presentation: 8 min (6 min Presentation + 2 min Discussion)

3) Make an on-site presentation or present using pre-recorded video (We prefer On-site presentation)

4) On-site presentation File Format: .pptx or .ppt

6) Please note that all oral presentations must include a COI slide in the second slide.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation with Discussion

The KINGCA Week 2024 Committee would like to thank you for your participation. Here are a few tips to make sure your experience is successful. Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

1. Poster Presentation with Discussion Schedule

• -Allocated Presentation Time: 7 min (5 min Presentation + 2 min Discussion).
• -Poster sessions will be held in Sapphire Room (3F).
• -Please stand in front of your poster before the session begins.
• -Presenting authors should be present beside the posters during the assigned sessions.
• -Poster presentation authors will be notified the details of their presentation time individually.

2. Poster Size

• -Poster size should be A0 (1189mm x 841mm)
• -Poster panels are 2,350mm in height by 950mm in width.
• -The poster title, author(s)'s name(s) and affiliation(s) should appear at the top.

3. Set-up

• -A poster panel and presentation number (Code No.) will be provided for each poster.
• -Mounting and Removal must be done during the assigned schedule only. If not, it will be removed by staff without notice and the organizing committee will not take responsibility for any damages or losses.
• -Adhesive tape will be available to attach your poster to the panel. (Tape will be provided in the poster session room.)

• -All presenters must bring your poster at the time of Poster Affixation on site.

2. Poster Size

• -Poster size should be A0 (1189mm x 841mm)
• -Poster panels are 2,350mm in height by 950mm in width.
• -The poster title, author(s)'s name(s) and affiliation(s) should appear at the top.

3. Set-up

• -A poster panel and presentation number (Code No.) will be provided for each poster.
