The Organizing Committee of KINGCA WEEK 2026 invites the submission of abstracts through the
Online Submission System.
- 1) All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and the presentation type may be modified following the review process.
- 2) Please note that abstract submission does not constitute automatic registration for the congress, and all presenters are required to register separately.
- 3) Authors are strongly encouraged to review the submission guidelines carefully prior to submitting their abstracts.

- Notification of Abstract Acceptance: July 10, 2026 (KST)

Abstract Format
- All abstracts must be submitted online.
- Abstracts must be written in clear English and submitted by May 29 (Fri), 2026 (Korean Standard Time).
- Abstracts should be no more than 300 words.
- Authors may edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline.
- It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that the text does not contain typographical or grammatical errors.
- Authors may select their preferred presentation type (oral or poster presentation); however, the Scientific Committee will make the final decision after review.
- The abstract should be objective and concise and include key information in the following four sections: Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
- An acknowledgment of submission will be sent via e-mail. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation e-mail after submitting your abstract.
- If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, it indicates that there is no record of your submission. If you are certain that you submitted an abstract, please check the e-mail address used for submission.
- The right to publish submitted abstracts is granted to the KINGCA WEEK 2026 Organizing Committee.
- Presenting authors must register for the congress through the website by July 31 (Fri), 2026.
Notification of Acceptance
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to standard review procedures.
- Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding, presenting and abstract submitting authors by July 10 (Fri), 2026.
Withdrawal of Abstracts
- If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not complete the registration by the deadline, the abstract will be withdrawn from the final program.
- Authors wishing to withdraw an abstract are asked to notify the KINGCA WEEK 2026 Secretariat in writing as soon as possible.
