All participants are required to register through the KINGCA Week 2018 online registration system and advised to register in advance (by March 16, 2018) to receive the Pre-registration discount. Please read carefully the registration guidelines below.

Registration Process

  • Step 1 Click the Online Registration button
  • Step 2 Sign up or log into the registration system
  • Step 3 Fill out participant info
  • Step 4 Choose the registration fee category and social events
  • Step 5 Choose the payment method and make payment
  • Step 6 Check your email for payment confirmation (Your registration has been successfully completed)
  • -If you do not receive your payment confirmation letter via email, please contact the secretariat (info@kingca.org).
  • -The on-line registration page is optimized for Internet Explorer and Chrome. If you use other web browsers and have any problems with on-line registration, please download the registration form and send it back to the Secretariat by fax (+82-2-566-6087) or email(info@kingca.org)

※ 학회가 개최되는 기간 모두 참석하시는 경우, 4월 26일 ~ 28일까지 총 3일 동안학회 입장과 퇴장 시간을 모두 어플 을 통해 출결 승인을 받으셔야 합니다.

Payment Method

Online Credit Card Payment

By selecting "Online Credit Card", you can pay online with an e-commerce system. Internet Explorer is suggested for online payment. VISA, Mastercard and JCB are accepted by the KINGCA 2018 online system.

Offline Credit Card Payment (Credit Card Information)

If you have any problems with the online system, please register through the off-line option. Download the “Registration Form” from the online system, fill out and send it to the Secretariat by fax (+82-2-566-6087) or e-mail (info@kingca.org).
After sending the form, please complete payment.
Send us your credit card details and we will take care of the transaction for you.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • -Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.
  • -Written requests for cancellation should be sent by e-mail (info@kingca.org) or fax (+82-2-566-6087).
  • -The congress will refund registration fees to prepaid participants who cancelled their registration with the amount of the refund based on the date of cancellation.
  • -Refunds will be made by bank transfer after the end of KINGCA 2018.
